I've been a Webroot customer for several years, but the latest version has serious bugs. It is crashing my Intel desktop computer when running a scheduled scan; I have decided not to upgrade my laptop yet even though I paid for the seats. Webroot support has so far been unable to isolate the issue and after more than a dozen crashes I've had to turn automated scans off completely. That makes this product little better than most free security software.
